* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following areas, Kendall, Northern Will and Southern Cook. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop and move across northern and central Illinois and northwest Indiana tonight.
