* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset. * WHEN...From 6 AM EDT Sunday through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected over the Laurel Highlands and south-central mountains starting early Sunday morning with additional rounds of showers and storms possible through the late afternoon and early evening.
