* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Southwestern Muskingum County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
