White River at Anderson. .Moderate flooding continues on the White River, with all gages now below major flood stage. The crest of the White is at Centerton as of early Monday afternoon. The crest is forecast to reach Spencer Tuesday evening and points downriver thereafter. Additional rainfall later this week could lengthen the amount of time in flood and possibly raise downstream crests. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Noblesville. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Extensive flooding occurs in both Riverbend and White River campgrounds. High water affects two businesses near SR 19 on the west side of Noblesville. Roads in residential areas of Riverwood, Clare, and Strawtown begin to flood.
