White River at Elliston down to Hazleton. .The White River continues in minor to moderate flood down through Elliston as the crest passes Morgan County points through early Tuesday. Minor flooding to start at Edwardsport late Monday evening and at Newberry early Tuesday. The crest will slowly approach Elliston through Thursday...where moderate flooding is possible. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Edwardsport. * WHEN...Until Monday, August 24. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water is at critical levels for makeshift levees. Most of bottomlands flood. Old Vincennes road and State Road 358 between Plainville and Edwardsport are impassable by several feet. High water surrounds river cabins.
