* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Roane County in central West Virginia... Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Eastern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1032 PM EDT, doppler radar and automated gauges indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest of the rain was over. Emergency management reported flooding near Ripley and south of Ravenswood. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
