Health official dismisses speculation about “two-week lockdowns” in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa this winter

Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), stated that reports of the possible imposition of “even stricter” lockdowns in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa this winter are merely the speculation of an individual who has no involvement in preparations for the winter season.
