TEHRAN, Aug. 19 (MNA) – Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf left Tehran for Baghdad on Wednesday at the head of a senior parliamentary delegation for talks on regional developments.
The visit is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations, border security, counter-terrorism cooperation, economic development and the implementation of joint agreements.
Ghalibaf is scheduled to meet senior Iraqi officials and other high-ranking figures.
