White River at Spencer. .Flooding continues along the White River at points from Centerton on south. The crest on the White is at Spencer late Wednesday morning and should reach Elliston late overnight Thursday and Newberry by midday Friday. Additional rainfall of around 1.5 inches in upper portions of the White basin, as well as far lower portions of the White, was included in these forecasts. This additional rainfall should bring an additional bump to action stage along the White from Muncie to Ravenswood over the next few days.
