Waters from Cape Lookout to Surf City NC from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 530 PM EDT. * At 425 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Ar355, or 10 nm south of New River Inlet, moving east at 25 knots.
