Tehran, IRNA – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Kazem Gharibabadi says implementation of the understanding Iran has reached with Oman concerning arrangements for transit through the Strait of Hormuz hinges on the United States’ fulfillment of its commitments towards the Islamic Republic that Washington has suspended.
