St. Andrews Bay Waterways... * Until 445 PM CDT. * At 349 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Mexico Beach, or 11 nm northwest of Port St. Joe, moving west at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours.
