North Central Wayne County in southern Utah... * Until 515 PM MDT. * At 216 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across portions of the San Rafael Swell, including Little Wildhorse, Chute, Crack, Ding, and Dang Canyons.
