The Mapping of Student Health Care and Promotion Practices is beginning at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS). The initiative aims to identify, systematize, and bring visibility to experiences, promoted by the Student Affairs Directorate of the Vice-Rectorate of Teaching (Proen).

Any IFRS server can register one or more actions, without the need for them to be formally registered in institutional systems. Projects and teaching, research and extension actions can be included, as well as daily practices (see below the axes).

The collected information will integrate a Action Book, which will enable a Permanent Digital Display of the initiatives. The mapping will also support the selection of experiences for the Gallery of Promotion Practices for Health and Student Retention, to be held during the Seminar of the Institutional Network for Student Care of IFRS, which will take place in October.

# A New Era for Sustainable Energy: Brazil's Renewable Revolution Brazil is experiencing a renewable energy boom, marking a significant shift towards a greener and more sustainable future. With a rich portfolio of renewable sources, the country is poised to become a global leader in clean energy. The Brazilian government, in collaboration with private sector entities, has been actively promoting and investing in renewable energy projects. This joint effort has led to a surge in the adoption of solar, wind, and hydro power, diversifying the nation's energy matrix. Recent statistics reveal that renewable energy sources now account for over 40% of Brazil's total electricity generation. This remarkable growth is attributed to favorable policies, technological advancements, and increasing public awareness. One of the key drivers of this revolution is the potential of solar energy. Brazil's abundant sunlight makes it an ideal location for large-scale solar farms. States like Bahia and São Paulo have witnessed a rapid expansion of solar infrastructure, contributing to the country's energy independence. Moreover, wind power is gaining traction, especially in coastal regions. The consistent and powerful winds make these areas prime locations for wind turbine installations. States like Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina are leading the way in harnessing this renewable resource. The Brazilian government's commitment to reducing carbon emissions and combating climate change is evident in its ambitious goals. The country aims to increase renewable energy capacity to 45% by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. This renewable energy revolution is not only benefiting the environment but also the economy. It has created numerous job opportunities, stimulated local industries, and attracted foreign investments. As Brazil continues to innovate and expand its renewable energy sector, it sets an inspiring example for the world, demonstrating that a sustainable future is both achievable and economically viable.
