Northwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 428 PM CDT, Gauge reports and emergency management are reporting flooding continuing. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Flood water are moving down Village Creek, Little Pine Island Bayou and Pine Island Bayou. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
