Tehran, IRNA — Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says that “jihadi management,” a service-oriented approach in Iran, was a core mission of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, whose relationship with officials and forces transcended organizational hierarchy in the country.
